I recognise that it is my responsibility to arrange cessation of, or changes to, any other services currently provided by my service provider including ADSL, FTTC, FTTP, email, domain hosting services or any other services provided by third parties via the line if required. If a port is rejected due to incorrect information, or not being live of the leaving providers system, then you will be charged for a failed porting submission of £24.00
