Prize Draw Details
To thank you for participating, all completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a brand new 4k TV.
- Entry Requirements: Complete and submit the survey by 28th Jan 2026.
- Prize Draw Date: The winner will be selected at random after this date and will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey.
- Notification: If you are the lucky winner, you will receive an email notification with instructions to claim your prize.
Terms and Conditions
- Only one survey submission per person is allowed.
- To qualify for the prize draw, participants must provide accurate and valid contact details.
- The survey must be completed by 28th Jan 2026 to be eligible for the draw.
- The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, a new winner may be selected.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- The winning customers photo will be taken and used on our socials
