Newstead Abbey outage (Reported)

We currently have a service outage that is affecting , Newstead Abbey, Ravenshead, Hagnook, and priory wood.
we are working hard on solving this, we replaced the router today that had failed, but looks like another issue has come up, we are investigating this at the current time.
Sorry but we will not be able to resolve this issue until tomorrow AM as we need access to the Abbey from 8:30am
