The Ineedbroadband phone service is delivered over a virtual phone line via your broadband connection. To receive the service you will need to purchase a virtual telephone line adapter (ATA). Then plug your standard telephone or cordless phone in to the ATA, just the same as if you where using a landline based service.  All adaptors are pre-configured when purchased from ineedbroadband.

From this page you can order and pay for your package.

You select your local telephone number at step 2 after your have completed Step1 

Your order is confirmed and completed at Step 3

You then have the option to buy a virtual telephone line adapter at step 4 if required.

If you have your own VOIP device the settings will be shown on at Step 4.

Please note that all prices exclude vat, and will be added to the final price with your £2:99 line retail, unless otherwise stated.
